The pattern is the same issue as before, just showing up differently now that the banner’s gone: the autograder compares the entire captured stdout against the expected string — prompts included.
Since your prompts don’t end in \n, they don’t create new lines, but they are still part of the stdout stream, so they get concatenated onto the same line as the result:
Enter an integer (1 of 2): Enter an integer (2 of 2): -354325238 / -864922323 = ...
The expected output has none of that — just the bare result string. So the grader isn’t only checking line counts; it wants stdout to contain only the final line, with no prompt text at all.
Fix: don’t print the prompts to std::cout. Either remove them, or send them to `std::cerr` (which most graders don’t capture as part of stdout):

One side note: the test case you pasted shows "+" and message text "Enter a number...", which doesn’t match this division program ("/", "Enter an integer..."). That output looks like it came from a different exercise/file (maybe an addition variant of mc-01) rather than this exact main_4.cpp — worth double-checking you’re looking at the failure for the right source file.
